Hibage Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

Hibage (hibage.online) is an online gaming and lottery platform based in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of the Hibage platform and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hibage.

These Terms & Conditions were originally written in Bengali for the convenience of our Bangladeshi users. In the event of any interpretive dispute, the English version shall take precedence.

By registering on Hibage or using the platform, you acknowledge the following:

• You are using this platform voluntarily and of your own free will.

To create an account on Hibage, you must provide accurate and complete information. Accounts created with false information may be suspended at any time, and any funds held in such accounts may be forfeited.

Each individual may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and all winnings forfeited. This is essential to prevent abuse of the bonus system.

Verification Process

Hibage follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) policy. The following documents may be required before processing a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount:

• A clear copy of your National ID (NID) or passport
• A selfie photo (with or without NID)
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Utility bill or other document for address verification (where applicable)

Verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals may be temporarily on hold during this period.

Hibage supports deposits and withdrawals via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Maximum single deposit: ৳50,000
• Daily Maximum Deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• If a delay occurs due to a technical issue, please contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Maximum single withdrawal: ৳50,000
• Daily Maximum Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000
• Withdrawals can only be made from verified accounts.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the payment method used for the deposit.

Hibage offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers for both new and existing members. Each bonus has its own terms and validity period, which are clearly stated on the relevant offer page.

Wagering Requirement is the requirement to wager a specified amount before bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and the bonus is ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.

General Bonus Terms

• Each user may take advantage of each promotion only once.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the designated claim window.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only after the wagering requirement is completed.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, Hibage reserves the right to cancel the bonus without prior verification.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used together unless explicitly permitted in the terms.
• Hibage reserves the right to discontinue or modify any promotion at any time.

All bets and game outcomes on Hibage are final and cannot be changed, unless a result is voided due to a technical error. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Sports Betting Rules

• All odds are updated in real time, and the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the associated bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• In live betting, if a result discrepancy occurs due to network delay, Hibage's decision is final.
• Hibage sets the maximum bet limit per match and may change it at any time.

Casino & Lottery Rules

• All casino games are powered by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology — results are entirely random and unbiased.
• Lottery draws take place at scheduled times and winners are selected automatically.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, it will resume from the last saved state.
• If your internet connection drops during a game, the game state will be saved on the server.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Hibage. Violations will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and legal action where applicable:

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts on behalf of the same individual or household.
• Bonus Abuse: Using a bonus without meeting its terms, or exploiting bonuses solely to withdraw funds.
• Fraud: False identity, fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or any other form of financial fraud.
• Exploiting System Errors: Exploiting technical glitches or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of Automated Software: Playing games using bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players to manipulate or influence the outcome of a game.
• Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through Hibage.
• Platform Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system or steal data.

In short, Hibage:

• Does not sell it to third parties.
• Used solely for platform operations, security maintenance, and compliance with legal obligations.
• Protected with SSL encryption and modern security technology.
• Does not retain it beyond the time necessary.

Hibage reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The account has been inactive for an extended period (12 months or more).

Users may also request account closure at any time. Upon verification, any remaining balance will be refunded, provided there is no active investigation on the account.

If an issue cannot be resolved through customer support, it will be escalated for higher-level review. Hibage's decision shall be considered final in resolving all disputes, though either party retains the right to pursue legal action under applicable law.

Hibage reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions, in part or in full, at any time. For significant changes, notice will be sent to your registered email or posted on the platform at least 7 days in advance.

Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request account closure and withdraw any remaining balance.
